Hermes Landscaping is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our award-winning team. This key position is responsible for expanding our residential client base and driving business growth. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Client Relationship Mastery – Build and nurture strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring their landscaping needs are met with creativity and excellence.
  • Sales Success – Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, surpassing sales targets, and consistently delivering outstanding service.
  • Project Collaboration – Work closely with the production team to ensure timely project delivery, from initial estimate to final completion.
  • Industry Expertise – Stay informed about landscaping trends, providing innovative solutions to exceed client expectations.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years of experience in business-to-customer sales, preferably in landscaping or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to grow a client base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
