Housekeeping/Laundry

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. Your contribution will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
• Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for easy access.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel premises.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred, particularly in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and laundry processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items when necessary.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines while using cleaning products.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Pay: $11.92 - $12.56 per hour
