Your Role as an LPN :

• Provide Care : Deliver compassionate nursing care and administer medications and treatments as assigned.
• Support Patients & Families : Educate and guide patients and families in health care instructions.
• Collaborate : Work closely with other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor Health : Record vital signs, symptoms, and responses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
• Contribute to Comfort : Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
• Step Up as Needed : Assist with unit management and assume charge responsibilities when assigned.

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : 1 year of experience preferred but not required.

Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-quality care.
