Your Role as ADON :
- Mentor and Lead : Hire, onboard, and train new nurses, fostering their growth and performance.
- Optimize Scheduling : Ensure every shift has the nursing coverage needed to provide outstanding care.
- Promote Excellence : Conduct evaluations, coach staff, and handle disciplinary issues when necessary.
- Enhance Patient Care : Make rounds to assess patient status, monitor records for accuracy, and ensure top standards are met.
- Manage Resources : Monitor expenses and ensure the facility operates efficiently within budget.
