Responsibilities:
- Providing customer applications training / support in house and at customer's facilities
- Performs time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations as needed
- Programing of multi-axis applications utilizing CAM-systems
- Assists in reviewing applications aspects of RFQs and turnkey projects and feasibility
- Provides sales support at trade shows and open house events
- Develop leading machining processes
- Provide customer production analysis and support on site, etc
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience.
- 4-6 years' experience in machining and/or training
- Knowledge in the field of 5-axis machining
- Control knowledge of CNC controls, Heidenhain / Siemens preferred
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Teamwork and high level of performance
- Location Franklin, WI (headquarter of Hermle USA)
- Extensive travel is required (including international)
