Safe, compliant, ready-to-go equipment. Always.
If you're ready to work with a company that feels more like a team (or a band of misfit geniuses), we want to meet you.
🔍 The Role
We’re looking for a Biomedical Equipment Technician II to join our squad in Odessa, TX, supporting hospitals and clinics in the surrounding area. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role where you’ll repair, inspect, and maintain medical devices that keep patients safe and clinicians working efficiently.

- Handle scheduled PMs and jump into repairs when things break down
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment across facilities
- Follow OEM procedures like a boss (compliance = confidence)
- Keep your tools and test gear organized and ready for action
- Complete clear, accurate service reports — because documentation is a superpower
- Deliver Environment of Care (EOC) and QC documentation with confidence
- Take part in tech training — we’re all about leveling up your skills
đź’ˇ What You Bring
- Customer service that makes nurses smile and admins breathe easy
- Communication skills that build trust across all levels of the hospital
- Solid troubleshooting chops — especially on high-use patient care equipment
- Curiosity and hustle — you’re always ready to learn more and do more
- Team-first attitude with a “let’s fix it” mentality
🎓 Requirements
- 3 years of experience working on biomedical equipment in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of PMs, diagnostics, and OEM standards
- Comfortable with computers (MS Word, Excel, and CMMS systems)
- Education: Certificate from an AAMI-accredited biomed program, or Associate’s in Biomed or Electronic Engineering Tech, or Equivalent military training
- CBET is a plus, not a must
đź’¸ Perks & Benefits
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible schedule (with a core daytime structure)
- Paid time off to actually recharge
- Relocation assistance if you’re moving to join the team
- Professional development support — because we grow with you
- Real work-life balance (no micromanagement or burnout culture)
đź—“ Schedule
- Monday through Friday | 8-hour day shifts
- Some on-call and overtime as needed (we keep it reasonable)
