Overview
At Hero, the primary goal of our Membership Coordinator is to maintain a full schedule for our maintenance technicians,share the benefits of the Happy Home Club and strive to retain these important customers. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to be competent in or excel in all areas outlined for this position, meeting or surpassing set goals and expectations.
Hours
- Monday through Friday; Hours may vary
- Shifts may be required on weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Overtime is offered by management when available and may at times be required
Essential Job Duties
- Welcome all new members to the Happy Home Club and ensure accuracy of the membership data.Make outbound contacts with all members to schedule their maintenance visits via phone, email, and text.
- Collect, develop, and utilize outbound phone lists in a timely manner each season.
- Track and report the progress of seasonal membership inspections.
- Make outbound phone calls to existing members for expiring payment information.
- Make outbound phone calls to existing members with expiring plans and convert into recurring customers.
- Make outbound phone calls to members wishing to cancel their membership and attempt to save.
- Process Happy Home Club payments and cancelations on a monthly basis.
- Track and report reasons for Membership cancelations.
- Ensure accuracy of customer accounts to accurately reflect their membership information and recurring services.
- Maintain a full schedule of inspection appointments to ensure the maintenance technicians have full workdays.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to move between tasks based on business need and balance competing priorities
- Experience in planning multi-step projects and reaching milestones on time without sacrificing accuracy or quality
- Demonstrated writing and editing skills
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
- Takes initiative, demonstrates creativity, personable and has a high level of professionalism
- Comfortable working independently and proactively collaborates with Hero staff
- Ability to manage and maintain data with accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent computer knowledge:
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Intermediate experience level in Excel
- Service Titan a plus
- Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
Pay & Incentives:
- Hourly pay as negotiated upon hire
- Bonuses and incentives will only be paid out if employed at the time of disbursement
- Pay increases are given based upon performance and meeting metrics, not based on time employed
