HeroHub is looking for a creative and driven Marketing/Content Creation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing professional, high-quality content to enhance our online training courses for Powersports dealerships, boost our social media presence, support email marketing campaigns, and foster industry relations and public relations initiatives.

- Use AI tools to generate scripts and create professional video content for training courses.
- Design and develop engaging content to promote courses on social media platforms.
- Create compelling email marketing content to drive engagement and enrollment in training courses.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align course content with marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and improve brand visibility.
- Develop PR strategies and materials to enhance the company’s reputation within the Powersports industry.
- Upload and manage content within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong creative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and video generation.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategies.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in podcast editing and production is a plus.
- Experience in video editing and post-production workflows.
- Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or video production is a plus.
- Flexible schedule (15-25 hours per week).
