Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in multitasking, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Complete customer quotations, reports, and invoices.
  • Communicate professionally with customers.
  • Send customer statements.
  • Manage travel arrangements.
  • Complete any other task provided by admin.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to learn tasks quickly and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with solid decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Educated in Excel and ability to learn new systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office environment.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with medical devices is a plus.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
