Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Complete customer quotations, reports, and invoices.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Send customer statements.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Complete any other task provided by admin.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with solid decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level.

- Educated in Excel and ability to learn new systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office environment.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with medical devices is a plus.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
