Service Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent service for all Herrnstein customers
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Scheduling repairs/services and communicating jobs with correct Technician
- Recording and turning in some payable Technician hours to the Service Manager
- Answering questions related to vehicle service and repairs
Job Requirements
- Prior Experience Required 2-3 years in service advising and service sales
- Experience working with service advising software
- Clean 3 Year Driving Record for Insurance Purposes
- Valid Driver’s License
- Great Work Ethic
