Job Summary :
This House & Grounds Team Member is responsible for the cleanliness of our 13-acre water park, located in the heart of Branson, MO. You will have the pleasure of helping guests one-on-one, sweeping debris, and keeping restrooms clean.
This position starts 04 / 12 / 2025 and ends 09 / 01 / 2025.
Must be at least 16 years of age. Second Shift runs primarily between 3PM and 11PM.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, pathways, stairs, restrooms, and buildings.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Power Washes (hoses-down) pathways to remove debris.
- Addresses guests' questions and provides direction to attractions and facilities.
- Cleans restrooms and replenishes toiletries and supplies as needed.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Responds promptly to customer needs.
- Responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Able to read and interpret written information.

Work Environment :
A House and Grounds Team Member works primarily outdoors inside a water park environment. The role involves exposure to various weather conditions, uneven terrain, and moderate to high noise levels, often working independently. Team Members use a variety of tools including radios to communicate and ensure adherence to safety protocols. The role will also work with a variety of cleaning chemical agents to ensure sanitation standards are met. Work includes collaboration with teams and mentors, with a focus on ensuring safety and cleanliness for guests and employees.
