Known for its quality products and superior customer service, Hershey’s Ice Cream is currently looking for a Full Time Back-up Route Driver/Warehouse Person for our distribution area in Hammonton, NJ.

THIS POSITION HAS 2 MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. ROUTE SALES: (average 1-3 days per week operating routes for our customers). Make 15-25 deliveries per day in company owned trucks to convenience stores, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, colleges, hospitals, restaurants, and schools. Pack product into freezer and collect money for delivery.
2. WAREHOUSE: Working in the warehouse requires general truck maintenance, picking and loading products for the next day's routes, cleaning equipment; store sets for going back in the field, delivery and setup of freezer equipment at in-store locations, and general warehouse maintenance.
Qualified individuals must be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have a desire to be successful. Hourly Rate to be determined based on previous work experience. Candidates must have good driving record and be able to pass all DOT requirements. Previous route sales experience/warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
