What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Ambassador position at HerSpace MedSpa?
- Greet all clients in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner with a smile.
- Check-in clients upon arrival: distribute paperwork, update client charts, take “before” pictures of clients prior to receiving scheduled treatment, offer coffee/tea/water, discuss services offered, and skincare available for purchase.
- Check out clients post-treatment: collect payment, schedule follow-up appointments, and prepare personalized post-care documents.
- Answer incoming phone lines in a prompt and courteous manner, transferring calls to the
- appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Schedule and confirm all appointments.
- Perform reminder calls to clients who are overdue for follow-up treatments
- Check supply inventory and notify the proper personnel when stock is low.
- Perform product inventory audit.
- Perform daily reconciliation at the end of the business day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
