Large, exciting and fast-paced company located in central Delaware with locations in multiple states seeking an Experienced HR Generalist for our expanding team. If your ideal job is working on a computer, processing HR tasks, running reports, organizing data in MS Excel and engaging with employees and management, this position may be the perfect fit for you. PHR or SPHR Certifications a plus!!

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated, conscientious, and hard-working.
HR Generalist Duties:
- Process, track and file various human resource items such as unemployment claims, exit interviews, 401k elections, compensation changes, job transfers and employee performance.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry.
- Generate, analyze and take action on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Prepare accurate, high quality correspondence, reports, memos, forms, presentations, and other needed materials.
- Interact with department staff as well as provide great customer relations to general public, vendors, and employees including owners, and executive management staff.
- Assist with benefits and recruiting tasks as needed
- Provide support and assistance in various other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field required
- A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience required, multiple facets of HR experience required
- SHRM Certifications preferred but not required
- Exceptional grammar, mathematical, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent execution and follow-through skills
- Positive, professional attitude and willing to go the extra mile
- Confident and able to make sound decisions
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
