Customer Service Concierge
Herzog-Meier continues to grow and we are seeking talented individuals to join our successful team.* We are looking for an entry-level Customer Service Concierge to fill a full-time position, with opportunities for advancement. We are looking for a motivated team player looking for a fast paced environment.
Beaverton, Oregon
Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday-Friday
Customer Service Concierge Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones, directing calls to appropriate staff, answering questions, and taking messages as needed.
- Coordinate appointments and transportation for our customers.
- Greet and provide directions or information to customers.
- Work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for employees and customers.
Customer Service Concierge Qualifications:
- 2 years in a customer service role
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- 18 years of age
- An acceptable driving record, drug screen, and background check
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
Wage
$18.00/hour DOE
