Ron Tonkin Chevrolet, a well-known automotive dealership located off SE 122nd Ave., is actively hiring for a Service Concierge. Our dealership has been around the automotive scene in Portland for decades and we dont plan on going anywhere. Working as our Service Concierge, you would be performing a wide variety of tasks ranging from customer service to detailing. The ideal candidate would have an upbeat personality with great attendance.
Service Concierge Job Responsibilities
- Provide visitors with directions and any information they require, ensuring that theyre greeted with courtesy every time. Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with a dissatisfied customer are vital to this aspect of the job.
- Maintain your work area, perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness, and adhere to control and security policies.
- Assist customers and provide optimal levels of customer service wherever possible. They analyze the customers requirements and help them find the best solution by directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist the service advisors as necessary.
- Other duties that may arise in the service department.

Service Concierge Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Drivers License.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
