In this position, the receptionist would be the first point of contact for our tenants and applicants.
We are looking to have this position filled as soon as possible.

This position's responsibilities include:
-Maintaining the phone lines
-Greeting walk-in customers
-Communicating with applicants
-Creating maintenance work orders
-Creating follow-up tasks for staff members
-Scheduling showings for applicants
-Keeping office and workspace clean and tidy
-Ordering office supplies
-Scanning and uploading documents
-Other projects as assigned
