Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a Commercial Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities :

- Developing and monitoring project goals while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers while ensuring all materials purchased and received are compliant according to project specifications
- Monitor and collaborate with project team for budget and schedule constraints
- Ensure compliance with all utility and regulatory project requirements
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
