ASG is experiencing tremendous growth and is on track to double our revenue in the next four years. To support this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead our operational and business growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can scale operations, drive efficiency, and expand market reach .
Requirements : Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive operational efficiency, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Align organizational goals with strategic initiatives to ensure the team is motivated and equipped to deliver results.
Operational Management
Oversee all aspects of operations , including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer service.
Optimize manufacturing processes and resource allocation to maximize efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track and improve operational outcomes.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify new market opportunities and expand ASG’s footprint in aeroderivative, BESS, data center, and solar markets .
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders , including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
Financial Oversight
Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Track and analyze financial performance metrics to align operations with business objectives.
Team Leadership & Growth Management
Lead and mentor a high-performing team across multiple departments.
Oversee procurement and workforce expansion as we scale to meet growing demand.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement .
Customer-Centric Execution
Maintain high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
Proactively address customer feedback to strengthen long-term relationships.
What We’re Looking For :
10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a track record of scaling businesses and achieving high growth targets.
Knowledge of Engineering with strong business acumen.
Expertise in alternative energy solutions, including aeroderivative, BESS, data center, and solar industries .
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives .
Strong financial acumen , including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills , with the ability to drive accountability and performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
