Job Summary
As a Home Stager/Designer at Hevenle Staging & Design, you’ll play a key role in transforming properties through expertly styled vacant and occupied staging installations. You’ll work closely with the Design Operations Manager to execute staging projects, maintain inventory, and support warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for design, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Staging Installations – Assist with the setup and styling of both vacant and occupied staging projects, ensuring a polished, market-ready look.
- Collaborate & Support – Work closely with the Design Operations Manager to efficiently complete installations and warehouse tasks.
- Preview Upcoming Projects – Visit properties in advance to assess layout and prepare staging plans.
- Source Inventory Locally – Assist in finding and procuring furniture and décor to elevate Hevenle’s staging projects.
- Maintain Warehouse Organization – Help keep inventory clean, organized, and easily accessible for upcoming projects.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation (personal or company vehicle) to travel between warehouse, staging sites, and sourcing locations across the Austin area.
- Strong design instincts and a natural eye for aesthetics.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a changing schedule and jump into tasks as needed.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist with moving, lifting, and hands-on staging work.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Clear, direct communication with the team and a warm, friendly approach with clients.
- Comfortable wearing activewear/comfy clothes that allow for movement and hands-on tasks.
