Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Pointnext is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for an opportunity as a Support Annuity Specialist. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Pointnext annuity business, driving proactive campaigns to build sales pipeline, prospect, qualify, negotiate and ultimately close opportunities within their assigned accounts.

How You’ll Make Your Mark:
Acts as the first point of Customer contact for all contract inquiries
Facilitates proactive renewal planning and management
Serves on the account Team and manages the operational business relationship of State and Local government agency accounts
Meets individual metrics related to the activities under their responsibility and Account-related metrics for their allocated accounts
Teams with business development, pursuit, and field sales to drive best solutions for assigned customers
Drives order growth by identifying upsell opportunities, quoting opportunities, and establishing linkages to marketing campaigns for allocated accounts
Ensures compliance with established order acceptance policies. Proactively and reactively manages assigned escalations and critical requests
Innovates with new ideas that improve specific processes, tools, business performance, customer satisfaction, etc.
Maintains accurate opportunities in Sales Force.com CRM system on a weekly basis.
About You:
Education and Experience Required -
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
Typically 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.
Typically 1-2 years of experience supporting large accounts.
Knowledge and Skills-
Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
Account planning, consulting, negotiation and influence skills.
Solid understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
Basic financial and business acumen.
