Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, NextGen, etc.).
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, etc.).
Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and other healthcare regulations.
Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow diagrams, and system analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
