">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team at Hexagon AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical product support to our customer support and services teams globally.

- Provide technical assistance to Hexagon customer support and services teams globally. ">
- Interface directly with end-customers to resolve technical product issues. ">
- Collaborate with software development and product management to address issues requiring product code changes. ">
- Travel to customer sites required (less than 25%). ">
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field. ">
- 3-5 years customer support experience required. ">
- Public safety domain experience required. ">
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle database experience a plus. ">
- Hardware and/or networking troubleshooting experience a plus. ">
- Strong analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and analyze complex technical issues. ">
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. ">
- Self-starter with ability to work independently. ">
- Team player with ability to work collaboratively. ">
