Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting global financial consolidation, analysis, and reporting efforts that inform strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial principles, advanced data analysis capabilities, and a keen interest in working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support global financial consolidation and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in alignment with corporate deadlines.
- Analyze large datasets to provide insights into financial performance, variance drivers, and business trends.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance leaders, and stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and support the implementation of best practices in financial analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Sales Force, OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Excel to streamline and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Partner with other analysts and finance team members to drive data integrity and efficiency in the consolidation process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and visualize complex financial data.
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn financial systems such as OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Exposure to software/SaaS industry financials or project-based business models is a plus.
