The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating ETQ’s Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating ETQ’s Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Handle multiple Scrum teams with team members distributed across time zones.
- Guide and coach the team on agile Scrum principles and practices, ensuring that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Coach Scrum teams on effective communication, having a cross-functional skill set, and self-organization.
- Promote continuous improvement and Scrum maturity through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration and communication.
- Promote transparency around progress, status, and events.
- Identify and troubleshoot blockers or conflicts that impact the team’s progress.
- Track metrics/KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality product on time.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- B.S. Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and analysis to TDD, design, development, deployment, release, and support.
- Ability to handle multiple Scrum teams simultaneously and effectively on complex platform development.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS based systems.
- Familiarity with using version control tools and Cl tools.
- SAFe certification a plus.
