Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern to support the Service Innovation Hub (SHUB). This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and content creation, while contributing to innovation initiatives. As an intern, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project progress and provide support for reporting, documentation, and communication efforts.

As an intern, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project progress and provide support for reporting, documentation, and communication efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking and following up with stakeholders to maintain progress on multiple innovation projects.
- Communication Support: Write professional emails and other correspondence under the guidance of the manager, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Video Editing: Edit demonstration videos to showcase solutions developed by SHUB using basic video editing tools.
- Report Creation: Help prepare detailed reports on project status, outcomes, and metrics.
- Website Management: Update and manage website content based on verbal instructions to reflect current project information.
- Documentation Review: Review project documentation, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance clarity and completeness.
- Content Creation: Develop documents, slide decks, and other materials to support presentations and meetings based on verbal guidance.
- Excel VBA: Create simple macros using Excel VBA for automating data processing and calculations.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., ClipChamp, iMovie, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and development of macros in Excel using Visual Basic
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in project coordination or technical documentation is a plus but not required.
