Responsibilities
Engage with customers: Meet with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and technical requirements, address technical concerns, and build relationships. Collaborate with customers to align our products with their needs.
Demonstrate product value: Conduct compelling presentations and demos that convey the value of our products relative to customers’ needs. Support technical evaluations, proofs of concept and benchmarks to validate feasibility and value of our products.
Be a product expert: Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, prospects, and sales teams. Stay up to date on product developments, technology, industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with peers: Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and sales strategy execution. Act as a liaison between sales, services and product teams to communicate customer feedback.
