Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Support:
- Help prepare and process purchase orders (POs) based on internal requests.
- Maintain and track purchase order status and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries.
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
- Enter procurement data into the system and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in maintaining supplier files, including contact details, pricing, and contract information.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Procurement team.
- Organize meetings, manage documentation, and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Review new purchase orders and change orders to ensure they align with the SOW and agreements. Ensure they are entered into CostPoint correctly.
