Responsibilities
Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty. Understand customers' business needs and technical requirements, align our solutions to their needs, and communicate the value of our products.
Retain and grow business: Increase sales by upselling and cross selling products within existing accounts to meet customers' evolving needs. Create territory plans, account and opportunity strategies, and manage these through a structured sales process to close deals.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management, problem-solving, and customer success practices.
Collaborate with peers: Work closely with presales and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to account management, sales strategy execution and customer success.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in geography, geomatics, earth sciences, business or related field
- 5 years' experience in sales, presales, services or a related role
- Demonstrated skills in territory management, account management, presentations, opportunity strategy creation, negotiation, and closing
- Working knowledge of geospatial technologies, including GIS, remote sensing, LiDAR, photogrammetry, 3D/4D visualization and these relate to different industries including transportation, engineering, government and natural resources
- Travel up to 25% required
