What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure?
Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale software implementations within our Public Safety division. This individual would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project implementation, customer relationship, and Reference ability.
- Serve as primary Hexagon representative to customer partners
- Effectively managing projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations
- Development of project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities in order to accomplish project objectives
- Coordinating work and providing instructions, advice, leadership and guidance to a diverse group of team members
- Reviewing work in progress and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers
- Facilitating the resolution of issues and escalations
- Participation in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs
- Preparing customer-facing and internal status and financial reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- A bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- PMI PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years project management experience implementing large software implementations
- Prior experience with managing complex technical projects and programs – preferably in Public Safety
- Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project proficiency
