We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage a large Space Command & Control Ground program. What You'll Be Doing: Lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers, Software Developers and operators Lead a 100M Space and Ground Integration program Lead a Full-scope solution delivery (i.e. not government support contractor) Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance and provide monthly program status Work closely with both customer and Parsons senior leaders Ensure Program collaboration with stakeholders and space vehicle vendors Provide strategic support for corporate space-based growth opportunities What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15 years of experience in space and/or national security programs 10 years of program management experience Experience with software development management in multi-level security environment Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locations Active TS/SCI clearance at minimum What Desired Skills You'll Bring: PMP or equivalent certification Experience with system of systems engineering and integration Experience/knowledge working with USAF, Space Force, or IC space programs Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
