Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organization. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will focus on talent retention, engagement, rewards, and recognition strategies to create a positive and motivating work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty, and tenure within the organization.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Implement rewards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee contributions and achievements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and work-life balance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee needs and concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in talent management practices.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks such as payroll and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 3years of experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on talent management, engagement, and recognition.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
