What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Science with Banking Analytics SME position at Hexaware USAAvance Consulting?
Roles & responsibilities :
- Actively participate and contribute to building new Business solution offerings leveraging AI, for Banking industry serviced by Hexaware in the marketplace.
- Lead the analytics solution design and architecture for all the fixed engagement proposals (i.e. solution driven deals). Coordinate with various Hexaware teams in bringing together a differentiated and competitive solution design for Banking client’s problem statement.
- Have a consultative mindset to problem solving with customers.
- Proactively explore application of Gen AI in business solutions and develop prototypes / PoCs to take to the market.
- Be ready to lead strategic / transformative Analytics / Data science engagements for Hexaware’s key Banking accounts, in a billable capacity (either full or part-time billing).
- Be the face of Hexaware at the Banking client organization when in a billable engagement and develop strategic advisor relationship with business / functional stakeholders.
- Stay in-tune with evolving new technologies and proactively obtain certifications where relevant.
- Work collaboratively in developing new go-to-market solutions for client partnerships (MS, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks etc.)
- Mentor and train junior analytics resources on AI capabilities, strengthen Hexaware’s domain knowledge of Banking LoBs and functions.
- Contribute to the building of Analytics, AI and Business Solutions practice in the Data & AI service line.
