YES, CHEF! | We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Planning Manager to lead company wide forecasting and demand planning initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Demand and Inventory Planning, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and driving alignment across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. Reporting to | Director of Demand Inventory Planning

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Demand Planning Manager at HexClad, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing our supply chain by delivering precise demand forecasts and ensuring seamless inventory management. You’ll collaborate closely with the global & domestic sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies, drive S&OP meetings, and support new product launches. With your data-driven insights, you’ll shape our planning processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance performance across the board. Demand Forecasting : Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all product lines, incorporating historical data, market trends, and promotional plans. Leverage statistical models and forecasting tools to refine predictions and improve accuracy. Monitor forecast performance and implement adjustments to minimize errors and improve outcomes.
Inventory Optimization : Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory levels align with forecasted demand and sales objectives. Identify and mitigate risks of stockouts, overstocking, or obsolescence. Support inventory replenishment planning to maintain high service levels and reduce carrying costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and align on demand assumptions, promotional activities, and product launches. Lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align stakeholders on demand forecasts and supply chain strategies. Communicate demand planning insights and recommendations to leadership and other key stakeholders.
Performance Metrics and Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, and inventory turnover. Generate and share regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into demand planning performance and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to planning strategies and processes.
Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and drive innovation in forecasting and inventory management. Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure HexClad’s planning processes remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role, preferably in eCommerce or consumer goods.

Strong proficiency in demand planning tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Advanced analytical skills with experience in statistical forecasting and data analysis.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Familiarity with S&OP processes and inventory management best practices.

Strategic and analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Adaptability to changing business needs and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and / or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
