Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Safety Management (PSM) Leader to Optimize / Advance, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide compliance with OSHA’s Process Safety Management regulation (29 CFR 1910.119). The PSM Leader will ensure consistent application of PSM standards across all chemical manufacturing facilities, drive continuous improvement, and foster a safety-first culture. This is a strategic role, with global responsibility, that combines regulatory compliance expertise, risk management, governance, and operational leadership.
Job Responsibilities
PSM Program Leadership
- Optimize / Advance, implement, and maintain enterprise-level PSM programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on PSM, providing guidance to site leadership, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure PSM program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of process safety across the organization by promoting leadership engagement, fostering employee participation, integrating safety into all levels of decision-making, and maintaining consistent communication about the importance of process safety.
