We are Hexlab (www.hexlabventures.com), a Dubai-based Venture Studio with a presence across Southern Europe and the US. We partner with and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries.

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder & CEO - Venture Studio at Hexlab in Chicago, IL. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the venture studio, leading strategic planning and decision-making, and driving growth and innovation within the organization.

As a Co-Founder, You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Developing and executing the overall strategy for the venture studio.
  • Identifying, validating, and launching high-potential startup ideas.
  • Building and leading a world-class team of entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors.
  • Securing funding from investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
  • Overseeing the operational, financial, and legal aspects of portfolio companies.
  • Establishing partnerships with industry leaders, accelerators, and technology hubs.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or executive leadership.
  • Proven track record in launching, scaling, or exiting startups.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in fundraising and venture capital.
  • Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, product development, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple ventures simultaneously and drive them to success.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating impact-driven businesses.
