Job Title: ETL/Data Analyst
Location: Onsite - Rocky Hill, CT
Job Summary:
We are seeking a ETL/ Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data process flows, particularly in data warehousing. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with the MSBI stack and a good understanding of the ETL process. Exposure to cloud technologies and the ability to handle large datasets for executing complex SQL queries is essential. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards such as HL7 and HIPAA compliance is a plus. The candidate should be an effective communicator, a quick learner, and passionate about new technologies like AI and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to handle large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Work on MSBI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) for reporting, ETL, and data analysis.
- Assist in managing data flows and processing within data warehouse environments.
- Support the ETL process to ensure data is properly transformed and loaded.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, including HL7 and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other team members to understand and implement data requirements.
- Continuously improve data processing workflows and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies like AI and machine learning and assist in incorporating them into projects.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years industry expereince.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data process flows and experience working within a data warehouse environment.
- Experience with the MSBI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
- Good understanding of the ETL process and tools.
- Ability to handle large datasets and execute complex SQL queries efficiently.
