Product Owner (W2 only)

Job Title: Digital Product Owner
Pay Rate: $50/Hr.
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Rocky Hill, CT (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite in a Week)

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Product Owner

• Must be able to effectively communicate to each group.
• Manage product backlog by creating well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support the development of product vision for the innovation ecosystem
• Would also support retrospectives and a daily planning activities. Would work to manage the back log for PD tech/engineers, recommending feature enhancements and prioritizing projects based on feedback from users. While there is a current process in place this person could help to fill gaps and aid in enhancements.
• Product ownership or background as a scrum master is relevant to support us with innovation to the current process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of and experience with Agile software development methodology

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
