Job Summary

- New business development - convert online leads into opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
- Ensure that all sales efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Develop and expand company’s web presence through social media, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
- Communicate sales objectives, timelines, and deliverables to call center and distribution center teams, and provide instructions to ensure smooth execution.
- Work directly with prospective customers to identify their specific needs and suggest solutions for next steps.
- Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing departments and the Distribution Centers. Coordinate activities in various departments to ensure programs reach internal and external partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bilingual Chinese.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
- One to three years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Chinese digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing preferred.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
