Customer Success Manager (Home Improvement Financing)

Your Daily Duties:

- HFS is seeking a strong candidate to work with new and existing client's nationwide consumer and/or contractor leads, onboard new contractors, fund new customer loans, and develop working relationships with them. Our unique product offering and ‘no contractor fees, no stage funding’ model will give you the tools to succeed. Successful candidates will have a winning attitude and previous relationship experience. HFS is looking for self-starters that have the drive to be #1. You will be responsible for working on carefully curated leads that HFS provides through our various marketing channels. The goal of this position is to have customers of HFS contractors use HFS to fund their customers’ home improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relations and or home improvement finance. Experience gained as a loan officer would be a plus.
