9am-5pm Monday - Friday: Full-Time Permanent Position (on-site)
General: The purpose of this job is to assist customers who are making in-bound calls by providing information that is vital to the purchasing decision. Also makes out-bound sales calls to potential customers.
Essential Job Functions: The primary job functions, as assigned by the supervisor, are as follows:
- Take in-bound telephone calls from customers and place orders or answer their questions
- Make out-bound sales calls to potential customers using call lists provided by the Company
- Research and complete requests for tracers, faxes, debits, credits, tracking numbers.
- Assist customers with any concerns they may have regarding their account, promotions, etc.
- Such other job function as requested by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of High School diploma, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 year of customer service or related experience.
Skills: Communication skills and reasoning skills.
Knowledge/Technology/Tools: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
Fiscal Responsibility: None
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical material
- Must be able to write understandably
- Must be able to perform complex calculations
- Must be able to clearly communicate orally
- Must be able to reason through and analyze problems and issues
