Quality Inspector

Purpose of the Job A Quality Inspector for HH Global is first and foremost the person responsible for the quality level of the production.  To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, negotiators and team players working closely with our suppliers, production managers, project managers and account managers.  A Quality Inspector is a key element to cooperation between Suppliers - they are mostly based at supplier’s factory and our project team who ensures that supplier’s production meets our required level of quality.   Key Responsibilities    Responsible for daily inspections at suppliers, mainly for POSM, Gifting, Premium and Promotional Items  Inspections might include prototype, FAS, during production and final inspections, depend on projects’ request The quality inspection report is be completed within 24hours after inspection completed Report the issues found during inspection in a timely manner with project team and quality manager. Highlight the potential risks which may cause delay of delivery or compromise on quality If needed, follow up the improvement actions from supplier like material, process, etc Any other task assignment if company need;    Knowledge, Skills Experience A holder of college degree or above. Majored in printing, furniture or mechanic is a plus  At least 3-year experience of inspection on products. Experience on POSM, Gifting, Premium and Promotional items is preferred Knowledge on printing is preferred; Experience on testing and compliance is a plus Able to work independently Good command on written English, and familiar with MS Office Honest and have a strong sense of ethics Able to work under pressure and travel frequently Good communication skills and teamwork spirit Software: Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must General computer literacy with ability to learn inspection software Languages: Chinese – native level English –  advantageous
