Job Description:
- Prospects for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking events and social media.
- Develops and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Educates potential clients on the value of our restoration services and how we can meet their specific needs.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Schedules and conducts meetings with prospective clients to discuss their restoration needs and present solutions.
- Tracks and manages all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Works closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project execution.
- Monitors customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms.
- Meets or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including key players, trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes and community events in a group setting.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
