Job Description:
- Administrative Management: Implement covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) and ensure homeowners adhere to established rules and regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, manage association funds, and provide regular financial reports to the board.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the community's upkeep and address residents' concerns promptly.
- Board Collaboration: Assist board members with decision-making processes and provide expert guidance on community management.
- Experience working closely with boards of directors.
- Familiarity with Florida statutes governing community associations.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to draft and implement policies, enforce rules, and maintain records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for board meetings, emergencies, or community events.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., TOPS, Yardi, AppFolio).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with board members, residents, and vendors.
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to walk the property, inspect facilities, and handle light physical tasks.
- Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage vendor contracts and supervise staff or on-site personnel.
- Valid Florida driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
