Heritage Hill Management, LLC has been managing multifamily properties since 2010, overseeing 174 residential units across the Tri-Cities area. We are dedicated to providing high-quality living experiences for our residents and fostering a collaborative team environment. We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to lead operations across all of our locations.
Role Overview
The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of property management, from administrative tasks and leasing to coordinating maintenance and renovations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in maintaining our community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
- Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule tenant move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Process rental applications, prepare leases, and manage tenant records.
- Enter and process invoices, track expenses, and manage budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate monthly reports for ownership.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence.
3. Leasing and Marketing:
- Conduct property tours and show units to prospective tenants.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maintain occupancy goals.
- Advertise vacancies and manage online listings.
4. Maintenance Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders.
- Order materials for maintenance and renovations as needed.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and ensure upkeep.
- Occasionally assist with maintenance tasks as required.
5. Staff Supervision:
- Oversee and support maintenance staff and contractors.
- Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in Property management (preferred, but not required), including administrative and leasing responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Technical Knowledge: (Preferred, but not required) Familiarity with property management software (Yardi) and basic maintenance tasks.
- Physical Requirements: (Preferred, but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with maintenance tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $27.81 - $29.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
