RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
- Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner
- Showings
- Collect and process monthly rent payments, post 3-day notices, and actively involved in tenants’ rental cycle
- Provide customers' needs with positive attitude
Maintenance:
- Coordinate tenant service requests for maintenance
- Regularly required to physically be able walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards
- May lift , push, pull, or move up to 20 pounds to assist maintenance personnel
- Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending required
