What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseman position at HHS?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team at Beachwoods Resort and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
A valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering guest calls and make deliveries to guests units on property.
- Ability to walk multiple flights of stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.
- Stocking the warehouse (linen and small wares) and perform inventory counts.
- Light warehouse cleaning.
- Must be responsible, quick-acting, organized, and proactive.
