Job Description
The Laundry Helper is a valuable member of our team. This position provides adequate supplies of clean sanitary linen and garments to all departments and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements. Please note that unless specifically indicated, the required education and experiences may not be gained concurrently. In addition, qualifying work experience is credited based on a 40-hour workweek.
Experience: None required
Knowledge Of: Laundry work
Ability To: Sort and fold laundry; iron; learn to operate laundry equipment; follow oral and written instructions; get along well with others; perform lifting, moving and other manual work.

Pre-Employment Health Requirements
Offers of employment will be contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment examination, which includes a drug screen and other regulatory medical requirements such as, but not limited to, a tuberculosis (TB) screen. The cost for drug screening and blood draw for QuantiFERON and Titers, shall be borne by the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation.
