About This Position
Immediate Hire - All Shifts - 1st, 2nd, 3rd - Benefits after 60 days
Operating a plastic molding injection press. May perform assembly duties as necessary

Responsibilities
- 1. Operating a Plastic Injection Mold Press
- 2. Take over operation of press
- 3. Check Visual Board & Operator Instructions
- Check each part for bad appearances, flash & shorts, then package only good parts
- Clean & maintain your work area throughout your shift
- Communicate all problems &/or issues before going on break/lunch to the relief operator.
- Notify QC &/or Foreman for all changes to parts immediately. Put bad parts a in separate box.
- Others duties as assigned
Skills
- 1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally required through a High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2. Manual dexterity required for assembly and operating machinery.
- 3. Ability to life up to 50 lbs. required
Working conditions
Working conditions are normal for manufacturing environment. Work involves some lifting of materials and product up to 50 lbs. Machinery operation required the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes, jewelry, open toed or backless shoes, cell phones, or visible iPods are not permitted on production floor, assembly room & restricted areas.
