The Leasing Consultant is responsible for coordinating activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
- Greet residents and host apartment tours
- Follow up on guest cards
- Ensure show apartments are in touring condition
- Stock move-in gifts and snacks accordingly
- Answer and distribute incoming calls and messages
- Assist with planning resident events
- Assist in preparation of move-in folders
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity by entering applicable information into Yardi
- Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Inspect apartment homes prior to resident move-ins
- Maintain confidential resident files
- Assist with resident relations and respond promptly
- Assist with processing work orders requests for residents
- Comply with company standards
- Must be positive and professional
- Great communications skills
This is a full-time position. Compensation package includes paid vacation, paid personal time, paid sick days, and paid holidays; a company sponsored 401k-retirement plan and a life insurance policy.
